Beschreibung

• Define, design, and govern technical architecture for Siemens OpCenter MES implementations across manufacturing sites • Design and architect multi-site OpCenter MES implementations for scalability, security, and performance • Define end-to-end technical solutions, including interfaces, middleware, and integrations with ERP (SAP S/4HANA), Asset Management, Learning Management, and Calibration systems • Lead solution feasibility assessments and make architectural decisions aligned with business needs • Guide and mentor technical teams across design, coding, integration, configuration, deployment, and best practices • Resolve complex technical issues, perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and improve performance in OpCenter MES and MOM Connect • Review and approve design documents, configuration models, and integration specifications • Conduct and participate in technical workshops, discovery sessions, and architecture review boards with business SMEs, IT stakeholders, and plant leadership • Contribute to governance models, DevOps improvements, and cross-functional technical alignment • Oversee installation, configuration, deployment, and upgrades of OpCenter MES across global sites • Provide technical guidance on MSSQL database tuning, optimization, and performance monitoring

🎯 Anforderungen

• 15+ years experience stated in the role header • Proven hands-on experience in Siemens OpCenter MES, especially Medical Devices • Strong capability with OpCenter Designer and Portal Studio • Strong capability with OpCenter MOM Connect and MOM modules • Strong capability with OpCenter data structure and online data store • CAMSTAR modelling and interoperability (CIO/MIO) for equipment and ERP integrations • Deep troubleshooting proficiency across OpCenter applications and integrations • Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML5, and XML • MSSQL / SQL Server administration and query optimization, with DBA-level exposure • Preferred: 8–12+ years overall experience, with 3+ years specifically in Siemens OpCenter architecture roles • Proven track record delivering global MES programs with reusable, standardized architectural components
