Beschreibung

• Create, modify, and support non-production and production-like environments • Troubleshoot and resolve environment issues (infra, config, deployment) • Improve reliability and consistency across environments • Process and prioritize environment-related requests across multiple teams • Identify patterns in repeated requests and eliminate them through automation • Replace manual workflows with tooling, templates, and standardized approaches • Work within and improve existing Terraform (legacy + coupled) codebases • Help separate infrastructure provisioning from application configuration • Improve reuse, modularity, and safety of infrastructure code • Be part of an on-call rotation using Pager Duty. • Deploy and manage applications in Kubernetes environments • Operate and improve Argo CD-based GitOps workflows • Manage Helm-based deployments and configuration patterns • Improve CI/CD pipelines in GitLab to reduce environment-specific drift • Build scripts/tools to automate repetitive tasks and operations • Improve determinism and repeatability of environment creation

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of Software or DevOps Engineering experience, with at least 2 years in relevant (healthcare / medtech) industry experience • Terraform or Ansible (required) • Real-world experience working in complex or legacy IaC codebases - Crossplane exposure preferred. • Kubernetes (required) • Strong understanding of deployments, services, config, and troubleshooting • Helm (required) • Experience managing environment-specific values and deployments • Argo CD (required) • GitOps workflows, sync/health, debugging drift • Docker (required) • GitLab + CI/CD (required) • Linux fundamentals (required)
