Beschreibung

• Design and deliver complex, scalable systems including multi-service integrations, high-traffic APIs, and data processing pipelines • Own large features or entire components from conception through production support • Make commercially aware technical decisions balancing engineering trade-offs, business commitments, delivery timelines, and customer impact • Lead technical discussions and influence architecture decisions • Establish architectural patterns, standards, best practices, documentation, and knowledge-transfer practices • Drive AI-led ways of working using tools such as Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code • Lead story refinement sessions with Product Owners for estimation and risk assessment • Partner with product, design, and QA teams to deliver business-focused solutions • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and improve delivery predictability • Identify and resolve technical debt and system improvements • Champion TDD/BDD, automated testing, shift-left testing, and quality governance • Lead security implementation and conduct security reviews • Establish development tooling and team practices • Lead troubleshooting for complex software issues and production incidents • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers • Establish code review standards and conduct complex feature reviews • Drive continuous improvement and responsible AI adoption • Contribute to AI-powered platform evolution and full-stack web application delivery • Work with UI frameworks, .NET Core backends, cloud-native technologies, and containerised scalable web products

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5–7 years of professional software development experience • Strong proficiency with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue.js, or Blazor, including performance optimisation and component architecture, or working knowledge with backend specialisation • Strong proficiency with .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core Web APIs, REST, application architectures, and distributed systems • Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and data architecture decisions • Active AI-first software engineering workflow experience • Experience integrating AI tools such as Cursor, Copilot, Devin, or Claude Code • Advanced observability implementation with DataDog, Application Insights, or Amazon CloudWatch • Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, or AWS CloudFormation/CDK • Experience designing comprehensive CI/CD architectures and deployment strategies • Strong proficiency in SaaS cloud architecture using Azure or AWS services • Strong containerisation experience with Docker or Kubernetes, including production-scale deployments • Expertise in clean architecture, SOLID design patterns, and domain-driven design • Experience driving TDD/BDD adoption and implementing comprehensive automated testing • Experience with highly scalable, internet-facing solutions serving millions of users • Experience profiling and benchmarking applications • Confidence in vulnerability management, threat modelling, and tracking • Knowledge of observability and production support practices • Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-system solutions • Demonstrated technical leadership through architecture decisions, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration • Track record of establishing standards and influencing technology choices • Active mentoring experience with junior and mid-level engineers • Experience leading technical initiatives spanning multiple sprints or quarters • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Technical leadership and influencing skills without formal authority • Ability to coach others through mentoring and knowledge sharing • Collaborative approach across Engineering, Platform, and Quality teams • Conflict resolution skills for technical disagreements and cross-team coordination • Desirable: experience in regulated or complex domains, prompt engineering, Model Context Protocol, advanced Datadog/APM, micro-frontends, SSR/SSG, OAuth2, OIDC, RBAC, event-driven architectures, DevOps automation, or advanced Azure/AWS certifications
