Beschreibung

• Define and document enterprise AI use cases, business value drivers, and target delivery models aligned with organizational goals and objectives • Develop and maintain current-state and target-state AI architecture across the enterprise, including platforms, data flows, integration patterns, security controls, and governance requirements • Lead build-versus-buy evaluations for AI platforms and services and provide recommendations • Establish reusable AI architecture patterns, reference models, and implementation standards • Guide proof-of-concept and pilot strategies to validate solution feasibility, technical design, business value, and operational readiness • Drive scalable AI operations through monitoring, telemetry, observability, governance, and change management across the AI lifecycle • Partner with architecture, engineering, data, security, product, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, reliable, and governed AI solutions • Define key deliverables including AI architecture models, proof-of-concept strategies, and delivery patterns • Perform miscellaneous duties as required

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field required • 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, software engineering, data/analytics, or AI/ML solution delivery • Recent hands-on experience designing and operationalizing AI solutions • Deep knowledge of machine learning, generative AI, large language models, prompt design, RAG, model evaluation, and responsible AI • Hands-on proficiency with Python • Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, LangChain or Semantic Kernel, APIs, and vector databases • Expertise in MLOps/LLMOps, including CI/CD, model deployment, observability, telemetry, drift and performance monitoring, cost optimization, and lifecycle management • Understanding of AI security, privacy, governance, and compliance, including access controls, data protection, auditability, risk management, bias mitigation, and human-in-the-loop controls • Ability to conduct build-versus-buy assessments, evaluate vendors and platforms, define reference architectures, and establish reusable design patterns and standards • Ability to translate business priorities into technical roadmaps, solution designs, proof-of-concept strategies, and executive-ready recommendations • Strong analytical and management capabilities, including cross-functional facilitation, change management, and mentoring delivery teams • Strong architecture experience across cloud and enterprise platforms using Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud • Experience with data architecture and engineering, including data pipelines, ETL/ELT, structured and unstructured data, feature or semantic layers, and enterprise application/API integration patterns • Experience working with engineering, data, security, product, legal/compliance, and business stakeholders • Relevant cloud, architecture, or AI certifications preferred • Master’s degree preferred • Ability to work normal and extended business hours when necessary, including occasional evenings and weekends • Availability for on-call needs • Up to 10% travel may be required • This position is not available to residents of California
