• Hands-on IT professional — such as a software developer (any language), system analyst, data analyst, QA engineer, or DevOps engineer • Fluent professional German • Real experience working in IT environments • Understanding of development, testing, operations, and teamwork processes • Ability to explain complex IT topics in a clear and accessible way • Actively use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity in your daily work • Teaching or mentoring experience is a strong advantage.
