Beschreibung

• Join a new full-stack Java/ReactJS feature team comprising a Tech Lead, three developers, and a tester • Work closely with the Product Manager and Architect to define solutions that meet user needs and quality requirements • Conduct functional analysis and define business requirements • Manage the backlog and roadmap • Organize sprints iteratively to achieve objectives • Write, present, and track user stories • Monitor and validate development work to ensure adherence to the roadmap and quality requirements • Champion and share the product vision and knowledge of the solution • Contribute to the roadmap with the Tech Lead and continuously propose improvements • Collaborate with projects in Switzerland and end users to improve the product • Understand existing and upcoming applications in order to support and guide developers • Participate in Agile ceremonies: Daily Scrum, Retrospectives, Product Backlog Refinement, etc.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner • Self-sufficient, rigorous, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit • French and English proficiency • Experience developing web applications is a plus • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is a plus • Understanding of Java Spring Boot, JPA, and RabbitMQ applications • Knowledge of GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes, Helm, Lens, GitLab, JIRA, Confluence, JFrog, and IntelliJ • Some travel to Switzerland is expected during the year
