• Sell It’s Just Lunch memberships to busy singles over the phone • Build rapport and discuss the potential client’s needs • Explain how our dating membership will benefit clients • Select matches for new clients based on interviews
🎯 Anforderungen
• 2+ years of experience in consultative sales • Previous experience with high volume outbound calls • Minimum of two years working in a remote role • Must have a quiet distraction-free work space • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially over the phone • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a results-driven mindset • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (consultative sales experience is a plus) • The ability to handle emotionally sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
