Beschreibung

• Own the full product life cycle of a key set of welding solutions. • Drive growth through strategic partnerships with retailers and e-commerce channels. • Collaborate closely with product development, sales, account management, and marketing teams. • Conduct market research to define market size, growth, and trends. • Develop and execute strategic growth plans for assigned product category. • Responsible for successful launch and commercialization of new products.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred • Strong business acumen. Proven history of successful business cases. • 3-5 years of product management, category management, brand management, merchandising, or commercialization experience supporting physical products sold through retail and e-commerce channels. • Up to 25% travel required.
