Beschreibung

• Lead and execute the end-to-end deployment, setup, and configuration of the IVIX platform in client environments, including both on-premise and SaaS models. • Serve as the primary escalation point for deep Level 2 technical support related to deployment, infrastructure, and environmental issues. • Collaborate with the Data Solutions team to ensure seamless data integration and configuration to support business intelligence insights. • Lead the technical enablement for pre- and post-sale activities, providing expert technical guidance during the POV stage through full enterprise deployment. • Provide technical expertise and input to Product and R&D teams to ensure deployment architecture and features align with client requirements and current workflows.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years leading technical deployment, DevOps, or SRE teams in a B2G/B2B enterprise software company. • Extensive experience installing and deploying software solutions in on-premise, hybrid, or cloud environments, with familiarity with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and various virtualization platforms. • High proficiency in Linux systems and command-line tools. • Demonstrable understanding of security and compliance frameworks relevant to government or financial services (e.g., managing a platform that satisfies stringent security standards). • Proven ability to establish high-level organizational skills, clarity, and governance across technical delivery and documentation standards. • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, capable of interacting effectively with both technical teams and executive customer stakeholders. • A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills, capable of identifying challenges and providing effective, innovative solutions. • Familiarity with Python for scripting, data processing, or integrations is a significant advantage. • Fluency in Spanish is an advantage.
