Beschreibung

• Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the value of the Jadu Platform to potential clients and partners • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their business needs • Provide technical and functional support during the sales process, including responding to RFPs/RFIs and preparing detailed technical proposals • Collaborate with the sales team, professional services and DevOps team to support the US Alliance team (and partners) from the point of sale through to the successful deployment and handover of the platform to our partners • Support the US Alliance team by acting as a single point of contact for our partners during the deployment process, leading on coordination of internal teams and partner communication until successful deployment and handover of the platform • Work closely with product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence the product development roadmap • Stay abreast of product updates and industry trends to provide expert advice and support to clients • Train and support partners and customers on product capabilities and best practices

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Proven experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, or a similar role within the software/technology sector • Strong understanding of web technologies and digital transformation strategies, particularly in the public sector and enterprise software • Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of conveying technical information clearly and persuasively • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, demonstrations, and partner support • Experience with CRM systems, low-code platforms, and cloud solutions is highly desirable.
