Beschreibung

• Lead development, implementation, and maintenance of Jamf’s business continuity management program • Facilitate business impact analyses and risk assessments • Assist with business continuity and IT disaster recovery plan development and maintenance • Design, organize, and facilitate tabletop exercises • Align continuity plans with crisis management, IT disaster recovery, cyber incident response, and incident management processes • Partner with IT on disaster recovery planning for critical business functions and company data • Validate external SaaS vendor disaster recovery resilience • Maintain audit-ready evidence aligned with SOX, GDPR, DORA, NIST, and ISO 27001/27000 • Plan and execute comprehensive business continuity testing, document outcomes, identify gaps, and oversee corrective actions • Provide guidance to cost center leaders and cross-functional teams • Maintain business continuity information and distribute program communications • Prepare periodic reports on program status, gaps, risks, metrics, and improvement opportunities • Support business continuity training and business interruption event monitoring • Monitor global threats, risks, and events and alert stakeholders • Provide on-call 24/7 escalation and support for global incidents or crises • Manage the global emergency notification system

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience managing enterprise business continuity, business resilience, crisis management, emergency management, and incident management programs and initiatives • Understanding of security and infrastructure standards and regulations • Track record implementing and managing BCPs, BIAs, and continuity deliverables • Four-year/bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, a related field, or Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience • Preferred experience with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance, including DORA, NIST, ISO 27701/27000, ISO 22301, and SOX; FedRAMP a plus • Preferred experience with BC/DR planning software and notification systems • Preferred experience in emergency management, incident management, and reporting • Preferred experience communicating with executives on crisis and continuity responsibilities • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to influence and collaborate across functional teams without direct authority • Ability to translate business continuity risks and strategies to senior business leaders • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and work autonomously • Detail-oriented and analytical, with strong problem-solving skills • Preferred certifications: ABCP, CBCP, MBCP, CBCPI, CISSP, or BCI
