Beschreibung

• Lead and mentor engineering managers and multidisciplinary engineering teams across data engineering, analytics, and application development functions • Define and execute technical strategy for large-scale analytics platforms, data pipelines, and AI-enabled solutions • Drive adoption of engineering best practices throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) • Partner with product, business, and engineering stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively • Champion engineering excellence through architecture reviews, code quality standards, and technical governance • Oversee performance management, coaching, succession planning, and career development for engineering leaders • Monitor organizational KPIs, platform reliability, and operational effectiveness to drive continuous improvement • Remove delivery obstacles and serve as an escalation point for cross-functional and technical challenges • Support recruitment efforts, participate in senior-level hiring decisions, and help scale a diverse engineering organization • Stay current on emerging technologies and identify opportunities to leverage AI, cloud technologies, and modern data architectures

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 7+ years of software development experience, including 4+ years in engineering leadership or management roles • Strong experience with data engineering, ETL/ELT pipelines, data platforms, or modern data warehouse technologies • Hands-on technical background in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET Core, or related frameworks • Experience working with large-scale analytics systems and high-volume data environments • Knowledge of modern database and data warehouse technologies such as ClickHouse, Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery • Experience implementing or supporting AI, machine learning, LLM, or generative AI solutions in production environments • Deep understanding of software architecture, code review practices, and all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle • Strong experience managing complex projects, competing priorities, and organizational change in fast-paced environments • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is considered an asset
