Beschreibung

• Maintain understanding of Jensen Hughes services, clients, positioning, and geographic differences across business units and locales • Collaborate with subject matter experts, regional operations, service line, and business development leaders to identify and prioritize marketing needs • Translate regional and service line goals and strategies into action plans • Collaborate with field marketers on cross-region and cross-service-line projects • Develop, facilitate, and execute regional and service-level marketing tactics and support broader campaigns • Deliver marketing communications, thought-leadership initiatives, blogs, webinars, podcasts, case studies, whitepapers, social media, email, speaking opportunities, and event/conference support • Collaborate with graphic designers, digital marketing managers, and internal communications colleagues to develop marketing materials and tools • Contribute to annual marketing plan development and implementation • Support business development through marketing materials, achievement repositories, thought leadership, and project profiles while maintaining brand standards • Use data analytics, conversion, and ROI reporting to inform marketing optimization • Use internal workflow tools to manage and report workload

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university; Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field • Equivalent combination of education and experience • 3–5 or more years of B2B marketing or business development experience in AEC or related industries • Minimum 3 years of marketing, campaign management, and conference/trade show support experience • Prior AEC or related professional services firm experience strongly preferred • Ability to collaborate with diverse professional teams and build credibility in a network environment • Ability to develop innovative marketing strategy ideas • Exceptional attention to detail, quality control, copywriting, grammar, and proofreading skills • Project management and organizational skills with strategic and systemic thinking • Articulate, analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Ability to prioritize a high workload, meet tight timelines, and work in a fast-paced environment • Strong understanding of brand elements and guidelines • Experience creating and managing business social media content, including LinkedIn and YouTube posts • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot; LinkedIn; and MS Teams • Adobe InDesign, Adobe Express, email marketing platforms, digital asset management tools, and Brandfolder experience is a plus • SEO best-practices knowledge is a plus • Technical writing, marketing copywriting, copy editing, and public relations experience is a plus • Occasional flexibility to work extended hours may be required
