Beschreibung
• Manage a limited portfolio of 5-7 sites with full accountability for 24x7 operations coverage • Coordinate maintenance activities across multiple shifts to ensure continuous operational support • Monitor and report on portfolio-wide performance metrics and KPI achievement • Execute contract KPIs and related client-RME strategies • Support implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance programs • Analyze equipment performance data to identify reliability improvement opportunities
🎯 Anforderungen
• Experience in managing maintenance operations across multiple sites • Strong understanding of reliability engineering principles • Proven experience in program management • Ability to analyze equipment performance data • Must have excellent communication and leadership skills • Experience in a logistics environment or related field is a plus
