Beschreibung

• Own and execute the Digital Enablement Hub strategy to create digitally powered, globally consistent ways of working • Architect and manage the account’s operational and governance backbone, including program governance, performance analysis, process standardization, and global communications • Design, implement, and own a centralized system for global account governance • Track strategic account plans, milestones, risks, issues, and opportunities through RAID logs • Establish reporting cadence on account health, milestone performance, and risk mitigation • Serve as the central point of contact for governance-related processes and inquiries • Lead creation of a modern, digital-first operational model that reduces administrative burden • Implement digital solutions to automate tracking of meeting actions, decisions, and outcomes • Evaluate and champion collaboration and project management tools • Train and support team members in adopting new digital behaviors and tools • Develop and govern global playbooks, SOPs, and best-practice templates • Drive consistent adoption of standardized processes and workflows across regions • Work with regional leads to embed approved workflows into core technology platforms • Develop and execute the global account’s internal communications strategy • Manage a centralized communications calendar and platform • Craft and distribute targeted digital communications • Act as guardian of the account’s internal voice and brand • Directly manage, coach, and develop three Performance Analysts • Set analyst objectives and manage team performance • Direct development of performance dashboards, monthly operating metrics, KPIs, and governance presentations • Generate data-driven insights for leadership and strategic decision-making

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5-7+ years of experience in program management, operations, process improvement, or digital transformation, preferably within a large, global organization • Proven experience designing and managing governance frameworks for complex programs or accounts • Strong understanding of and hands-on experience with modern collaboration and project management tools, including Smartsheet, Monday.com, Asana, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint • Demonstrated ability in process mapping, documentation, and creating effective SOPs and playbooks • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing and managing communication plans for a diverse, global audience • Proven track record of leading change initiatives and driving adoption of new processes and technologies • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Communications, or a related field • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; position does not provide visa sponsorship
