Beschreibung

• Lead and coordinate annual global budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles across multiple regions • Design, build, and continuously optimize advanced Excel-based financial models and automated dashboards • Conduct comprehensive variance analysis comparing Budget vs. Actual and Forecast vs. Actual results • Develop and maintain interactive reporting tools and automated financial reports • Collaborate with regional finance teams and business leaders to ensure data integrity • Execute strategic transformation projects focused on process efficiency • Monitor compliance with Master Service Agreements and global audit requirements

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or closely related field with minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within global or multinational organizations • Expert-level mastery of Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, scenario analysis, and VBA/macros development • Proven track record leading global budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple international regions and time zones • Strong proficiency with computer-based accounting applications; experience with JD Edwards E1 enterprise system highly preferred • Exceptional analytical and quantitative capabilities • Outstanding organizational and project management skills • Superior verbal and written communication skills
