Beschreibung

• Lead enterprise-level procurement initiatives for Integrated Facilities clients and managed services operations • Design and execute strategic sourcing strategies for complex categories and high-value supplier relationships • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and translate procurement expertise into strategic business outcomes • Optimize the supply base, mitigate risk, and unlock innovation through strategic vendor partnerships • Deliver market intelligence, supplier analytics, and operational insights across services operations • Direct cross-functional teams and field resources through complex strategic initiatives • Architect and implement standardized sourcing frameworks and processes across multiple accounts • Lead end-to-end sourcing projects from spend analysis and market research through supplier selection, contract negotiation, and operational transition • Develop category strategies incorporating total cost of ownership, risk mitigation, sustainability, responsible procurement, innovation, and measurable ROI • Conduct RFx processes for high-value procurements • Build and maintain strategic supplier and stakeholder relationships; manage escalated issues • Analyze spend data and market intelligence to identify consolidation, cost reduction, and process improvement opportunities • Lead cross-functional collaboration with business units, legal, finance, operations, Facility Management, and Property Management • Negotiate master service agreements, pricing structures, and contract terms • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with strategic suppliers • Provide executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations to Supply Chain leadership, senior stakeholders, and C-suite clients

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field preferred • Experience in commercial real estate, facilities management, or professional services environments • 7-10+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management • Demonstrated success managing complex, high-value sourcing initiatives; facility services expertise strongly preferred • Leadership experience managing high-performing teams and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple organizational levels and geographies • Proven track record leading enterprise-level negotiations and delivering significant cost savings and process improvements in complex, multi-site environments • Strong analytical capabilities in spend analysis, market research, total cost modeling, and financial evaluation of sourcing decisions • Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; ability to influence, build consensus, translate sourcing strategies into business outcomes, and present complex information to executive audiences • Advanced knowledge of sourcing methodologies, contract structures, procurement best practices, compliance protocols, and risk management frameworks • Advanced proficiency with procurement systems, spend analysis tools, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Master's degree/MBA or professional certification (CPSM, CPM, CIPS, or equivalent) preferred • Experience in Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related regulated industries preferred • Understanding of FDA regulations, GMP requirements, and quality systems relevant to Life Sciences procurement preferred • Experience implementing strategic sourcing programs or procurement transformations preferred • Experience managing direct reports, developing teams, and mentoring on advanced RFP/bid methodologies preferred • Experience with enterprise procurement platforms such as Jaggaer or Ariba preferred • Knowledge of contract law, sustainability frameworks, responsible procurement, and compliance requirements preferred • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Bachelor's degree is preferred, not required
