Beschreibung

• Lead and grow a high-performing Sourcing & Procurement team for 10–25 Financial Services client accounts • Manage, mentor, recruit and develop Sourcing and Procurement professionals • Work with S&P leadership, Account leadership and clients to manage expectations and team deliverables • Drive global S&P program implementation, monitor progress and meet account-level KPIs and goals • Oversee global client compliance and controls and identify improvement opportunities • Develop and execute annual global sourcing plans • Identify client risks and opportunities and recommend strategies • Ensure sourcing technology tools are leveraged across accounts • Partner with operations on standardized RFP, bid and contracting processes • Monitor savings, supplier performance and sourcing effectiveness and communicate results • Build, coach and retain high-performing sourcing teams • Lead client meetings and strategy sessions • Establish relationships with account, operations, finance, legal and risk stakeholders • Develop sourcing strategies, manage suppliers and deliver best-in-class account performance • Manage supplier performance through established programs

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services highly desired • People management experience • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management preferred • MBA is a plus • CPM, CPSM or CPSD certification preferred • Excellent PC skills • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint • E-procurement experience, preferably Jaggaer • Willingness to travel within the U.S. approximately 25% • Ability to work remotely from a home office, including on-site at client locations • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Ability to lead and manage complex sourcing strategies, suppliers and internal networks • Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, communication, presentation and transformational leadership skills
