Beschreibung

• Provide support to Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients and internal stakeholders on optimization of JLL-managed services operations and sourcing strategies • Deliver market, supplier, and operational intelligence for services operations • Identify and lead field resources to execute strategic initiatives • Manage 3 direct reports • Lead a team of sourcing professionals toward strategic outcomes • Serve as a subject matter expert on JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management • Collaborate with clients and JLL Sourcing, Facility, and Property Management teams to drive immediate and sustained client benefits • Perform periodic market trend analysis, including analysis of supplier base and industry changes • Report analysis to Supply Chain and business stakeholders in client-ready form • Develop, implement, coordinate, and communicate regional and national programs • Support Category Management's supplier relationship and performance programs • Provide management, instruction, and follow-up for RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes • Manage internal and external customer expectations • Establish relationships with Corporate Legal and Risk Management for contractual review and approval • Support development of diversity programs • Participate in and provide leadership to Preferred Supplier performance review meetings • Support JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives

🎯 Anforderungen

• Excellent communication skills – oral and written • Project management and business transition experience preferred • Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications • Excellent interpersonal skills • Organization skills • Strong analytical ability • Proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university and/or 5+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience • MBA preferred • Ability to ensure compliance with JLL's sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics • Ability to establish relationships with Corporate Legal and Risk Management and ensure contractual terms comply with requirements • Ability to establish work priorities, assign deliverables, and resolve issues • This position does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
