Beschreibung

• Perform annual preventive maintenance within a specified geographic territory • Complete hands-on repairs and maintenance according to JLL standards, codes, laws, and regulations • Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems • Identify energy-saving opportunities through facility system and operational changes • Perform routine building maintenance, plumbing, and other tasks as necessary • Independently plan work assignments and perform duties with minimal direct supervision • Assist as a helper in other trades and with general maintenance and operation of buildings and grounds • Travel by truck to various locations within the specified geography • Interact daily with teams in person, by phone, and by email • Maintain commercial properties in peak operational condition

🎯 Anforderungen

• Universal CFC certification required • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial HVAC service and repairs or 5 years military experience that includes work on HVAC systems • High school graduate or GED • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Hands-on skills and knowledge to complete repairs and maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, including pumps, motors, air handlers, automation/controls systems, and associated electrical systems • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, web-based applications, and handheld electronic devices • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage relationships with team members, contractors, building occupants, and clients • Knowledge of English language structure, composition, spelling, and grammar • Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude • Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds occasionally • Ability to work outdoors, in mechanical/equipment rooms, and in extreme weather conditions • Ability to work around moving mechanical parts, heavy equipment, electrical hazards, fumes, chemicals, and loud noise
