Beschreibung

• Set overall vision and leadership for the facilities team • Establish and execute strategic direction for regional operations and maintenance in alignment with client goals • Ensure client relationships and communications around facilities management • Ensure client and JLL safety procedures are followed and develop training programs • Coordinate operational aspects of properties to protect, maintain, and improve client asset value • Use data to develop trends and insights for continuous site-performance improvement • Manage third-party contractors and vendors • Partner with the Contract Manager on bidding and contracting for maintenance and project services • Improve operational practices using JLL tools, processes, relationships, and best practices • Lead or assist with site incident investigations and identify root causes • Develop and maintain regional client relationships as primary interface with client representatives • Establish a safety-first culture and promote safe work practices, training, and recognition • Provide strategy, vision, and continuous improvement for facility personnel • Roll out and train teams on CMMS tools, processes, and systems • Complete performance reviews and manage performance-improvement plans with HR • Develop and maintain operating budgets, variance analyses, and forecasts • Pursue cost-savings targets and support strategic sourcing and financial reporting

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience in managing through others • Demonstrated experience in a healthcare environment a plus • Demonstrated negotiation skills • Ability to plan and manage within budget and time constraints • Strategic thinker with strong implementation orientation • Basic understanding of commercial leases, contract documents and routine accounting methods • Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision • Excellent prioritization and conflict resolution • Strong written, verbal and people skills • Strong organizational skills and collaborative management style • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • No visa sponsorship provided
