Beschreibung

• Provide reliability engineering support for operations and maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and equipment assets • Implement a strategic asset management plan integrating existing systems, energy management programs, maintenance programs, and lifecycle asset management • Develop reliability analysis methods for components, equipment, and processes • Acquire and analyze CMMS and other data to improve maintenance program strategy • Conduct maintenance maturity assessments • Oversee root cause failure analysis and determine corrective actions • Integrate data from fault detection, maintenance, and capital planning systems for lifecycle analyses and repair-versus-replacement recommendations • Support site-level Reliability & Asset Services programs and processes • Conduct safety, regulatory compliance, maintenance effectiveness, cost savings, and energy conservation audits • Coordinate engineers, technicians, and third-party resources • Create and manage preventive maintenance tasks and optimize PM programs • Rank asset criticality and define cost-beneficial proactive maintenance approaches • Create reliability studies and risk mitigation strategies • Investigate reliability improvement technologies • Support equipment failure investigations, corrective actions, and follow-up monitoring • Perform condition-based and predictive maintenance activities, including equipment condition assessments • Manage continuous improvement for chronic bad-actor equipment • Maintain accurate CMMS equipment records, specifications, BOMs, and failure histories • Develop equipment reliability KPIs and maintenance/reliability metrics • Collaborate with Maintenance and Planning groups • Execute facility condition assessments across laboratories, manufacturing, office, and distribution locations • Document and prioritize asset conditions and remaining useful life • Compile portfolio findings for capital planning and lifecycle asset management • Support commissioning for upgrade, renovation, and construction projects • Perform other assigned work

🎯 Anforderungen

• BS in an Engineering discipline; mechanical or electrical preferred • 10 years’ plus experience implementing RCM, CbM/PdM methods, operating building automation and energy management systems, and understanding asset management, data analytics, and capital planning approaches • Experience in critical environments preferred (data centers, laboratories, manufacturing environments, etc.) • Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression systems • Extensive knowledge of commercial, critical, manufacturing, labs, or distribution facility types required • Experience delivering training, coaching and mentoring • Experience with CMMS/EAM systems • Experience in business analysis, asset management and/or risk analysis • Practical experience developing and optimizing maintenance strategies and plans • Experience implementing and/or working with ISO9001 or ISO55001 management systems • Asset whole lifecycle costing and total cost of ownership experience • Experience with multi-disciplinary projects and system integration across multiple asset types • Ability to read, comprehend and apply technical manuals and reference materials • Ability to make informed recommendations with incomplete datasets • Strong oral and written communication • Strong organization and multitasking skills • Ability to balance multiple stakeholder requirements • Ability to interpret organizational goals and strategy into service or departmental activity • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to accurately manipulate large datasets • Certified Reliability Leader preferred • Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional preferred • Level 2 thermography certification preferred • Level 2 vibration certification preferred • Level 2 ultrasound certification preferred
