Beschreibung

• Manage the Sourcing and Procurement team, including one direct report, for a national healthcare client portfolio • Participate routinely as a member of the account leadership team • Execute initiatives and manage supplier relationships related to sourcing, administrative, and operational activities • Maintain contracting and procurement standards throughout the portfolio • Maintain meeting cadence with client stakeholders and account leadership; provide critical thinking, relationship management, reporting, and data for strategic planning • Develop strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management programs to manage risk, leverage controllable spend, standardize products/services, and rationalize the supplier base • Build, recruit, develop, and lead staff to meet account deliverables • Develop sourcing strategies and manage analytics for planning and sourcing • Standardize supplier agreements and ensure compliance with client flow-downs and JLL templates • Serve as primary communication liaison with the client procurement team • Integrate systems and documents across service lines using a single methodology and repository • Engage diversity and sustainable sourcing programs; develop, inspect, track, measure, and report sourcing and bidding compliance • Develop and execute a sourcing platform vision with service-line leadership • Maintain supplier relationships and conduct preferred supplier performance reviews • Document disparate processes and recommend consistency and risk-mitigation solutions • Assess and build detailed sourcing strategies, including objectives, category-spend assessments, and milestone timelines • Execute sourcing plans and coordinate national and regional initiatives • Develop and host supply-chain training seminars twice a year • Drive field compliance with sourcing and contracting policies and procedures; identify non-compliance and lead resolution with internal audit • Coordinate with Supply Chain Management, Legal, Risk Management, Property, and Project Management groups • Manage supplier scorecards, contract compliance, and service obligations

🎯 Anforderungen

• Degree in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management and/or 3+ years strategic sourcing experience • MBA preferred • Professional certification preferred (i.e. ISM, LEED) • IFM/Facilities sourcing experience; healthcare preferred • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • Strong analytical ability • Proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Willingness and ability to be both strategist and tactician • Expertise in sourcing with demonstrated ability to manage change • Success implementing multiple procurement strategies • Proven ability to deliver results in challenging environments • Excellent PC skills; proficiency in MS applications • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
