Beschreibung

• Lead and manage the project management office, including setting goals, developing strategies, and overseeing project delivery. • Develop and implement project management processes, procedures, and tools to ensure efficient and effective project execution. • Collaborate with clients to understand their project management needs and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements. • Hire, train, and manage a team of project managers and coordinators to ensure the successful delivery of projects. • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and senior management. • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure project success. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members. • Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to continuously improve project management processes and practices.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and processes. • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team. • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. • Experience working with clients in a consulting environment is a plus. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Must be willing to travel occasionally for client meetings and project site visits.
