Beschreibung

• Focus on backend development across all products • Architect systems and leverage AI to redefine engineering velocity • Shape technical strategy and proactively partner with leadership • Drive cross-functional priorities and navigate complex environments • Demonstrate high resourcefulness and make significant technical decisions • Write clean, efficient, and production-ready code • Lead by example in code quality and testing standards • Identify and execute fixes for bottlenecks and performance issues • Maintain architectural oversight and lead incident response

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering • Primary experience in Go, comfortable working across existing .NET and TypeScript codebases • Experience implementing event-driven architecture within microservices ecosystems using tools like Apache Kafka • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms • Strong experience with AWS platforms, including an understanding of their capabilities and limitations • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks • Proven ability to operate across organizational lines, comfortable influencing without authority • Strong collaboration and communication skills
