Beschreibung

• Provide exceptional customer service to current and potential clients for a Dutch energy company • Follow procedures to ensure a great customer experience • Respond to incoming calls, chats and emails and support customers • Assist customers with invoices, reminders and payments • Support customers with tariff changes and contract questions • Manage complaints (e.g., overcharges or overpayments) • Help with retention and move requests • Identify and act on sales opportunities in a service-oriented way

🎯 Anforderungen

• Native-level spoken and written Flemish • English at basic level (B2) • Experience with CRM systems is a plus • Good understanding and level of computer handling skills • Ability to multitask, be adaptive and confident to lead a conversation • Takes initiative, asks questions, makes suggestions and is flexible
