Beschreibung

• Design, implement, and operate backend and fullstack systems incorporating LLMs, tools, and agents • Build agentic workflows addressing real product and operational problems • Integrate LLMs safely and reliably into production systems • Use AI coding tools to accelerate development, refactoring, and exploration • Set standards for how AI is used in engineering work • Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and other stakeholders to shape solutions • Design APIs, services, and data models primarily for backend • Ensure reliability, security, privacy, and scalability in healthcare context

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer • Strong knowledge of major parts of tech stack (AWS, Java, Typescript) • Strong experience in building with LLMs in production • Clear enthusiasm for the capabilities and opportunities of AI and agentic systems • Strong system design skills • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
