Beschreibung

• Own client success across directly managed accounts and accounts managed by direct reports • Guide cross-channel strategy, campaign execution, testing, and measurement • Manage accounts, strategy, execution, and client relationships • Lead and develop direct reports through prioritization, workload balancing, feedback, and coaching • Ensure campaign, test plan, and reporting quality and on-time delivery within budget • Serve as the first escalation point for team accounts and drive issue resolution • Keep leadership informed about account health, team performance, capacity, risks, and recommendations • Uphold and improve department processes and shared standards • Support sales through account audits, strategy development, and prospect presentations

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of paid advertising experience, including substantial client-facing experience leading account strategy, execution, and client relationships • Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta • At least 1 year of experience managing direct reports • Experience managing a range of client accounts across different business models, goals, and budgets • Track record of independently managing senior client relationships, addressing performance challenges, and retaining and growing accounts • Demonstrated ability to lead analysis, reporting, and QBRs • Strong judgment and organization • Clear, concise, and timely communication • Based in the United States • Ability to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship is required
