Beschreibung

• Support a team of Clinical Terminologists on a Federal Healthcare IT project. • Work with Terminologists and Clinicians to design and develop Power BI dashboards to communicate key metrics to clients. • Coordinate multi-stakeholder virtual meetings involving Clinicians, Terminologists and technical/operational teams for relationship management. • Assist with the documentation and execution of project work instructions, policies, and procedures for client project deliverables. • Create, develop, and edit MS PowerPoint slide decks with professional-looking graphics that present ideas clearly for all stakeholders. • Data gathering, report and document compilation, research tasks, presentation development, updating and maintaining file repositories, and developing work plans. • Prepare agendas, ensuring correct attendees are present at meetings, and that action items are tracked to completion. • Establish and maintain a steady rapport with ongoing client and partner entities. • Facilitate virtual meetings using MS Teams, including scheduling and coordination, agenda development, attendance, and action item tracking. • Take minutes for technical and clinical stakeholder meetings seamlessly. • Assist with the development and compilation of project team deliverables (bi-weekly, quarterly, etc.). • Check deliverables for (508) Accessibility compliance. • May coordinate expense submissions by collaborating with the JPSys Project Manager, JPSys Contracts, and JPSys Finance departments.

🎯 Anforderungen

• At least 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry is preferred. • 2 to 5 years of administrative experience is required for this role. • Knowledge of data interoperability to be able to gather the appropriate data for healthcare IT solutions that will be used to plan, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs is helpful. • Takes initiative, is a fast learner, detail-oriented, open-minded, willing, and able to communicate easily with a variety of staff. • Advanced proficiency in Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and SharePoint. • Advanced proficiency with Power BI. • Experience with the MS Teams collaboration environment with virtual project experience. • Highly organized, methodical, detail-oriented and results driven.
