Beschreibung

• Own reliability and observability across the organization, including SLAs/SLOs, instrumentation, and on-call health • Design, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes infrastructure using Helm, EKS/ECS, and core AWS services • Manage RDS/Aurora Postgres, networking, and scaling • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions and Argo/Helm • Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code standards using Terraform and increasingly Crossplane • Partner with 16+ engineering teams to roll out standards, tools, and processes • Participate in the on-call rotation and lead incident response and root-cause analysis for cross-team issues • Use AI tools daily and help less AI-fluent teammates adopt similar practices • Represent SRE’s perspective in planning conversations with engineering leadership • Partner with a Staff-level architect and engineering leadership on major decisions while owning execution and cross-team rollout

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8–10 years of experience as a Senior SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineer • Experience at smaller-to-mid-size, high-growth SaaS companies from Series A/B through C/D • Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes, EKS or ECS, GitHub Actions, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and Helm/Argo • Database experience with Postgres and DocumentDB (Mongo) across RDS/Aurora • Track record of cross-functional collaboration, timeline management, expectation setting, and working with other teams’ engineers • Already using AI as part of coding, debugging, and design workflows • Crossplane experience preferred • Datadog experience preferred • Proactivity and bias to action • Comfort driving change across teams with different priorities and resistance • Ability to explain technical decisions in depth, including the how and why
