Beschreibung

• Leading DevOps and cloud engineering through technical direction, not hierarchy • Building and evolving CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and automation frameworks that make deployments predictable, repeatable, and low-risk • Embedding security and compliance into the way systems are built and deployed • Engineering and improving cloud infrastructure across AWS, GovCloud, and Azure • Partnering closely with Application Development, Architecture, and Security to ensure platforms support fast, reliable, and secure delivery • Strengthening platform reliability and operational discipline, resolving complex issues when they arise

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7–10+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud, or infrastructure engineering • Strong hands-on experience designing and operating cloud environments (AWS required, GovCloud/Azure preferred) • Deep experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation) • Proven ability to build and operate CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar) • Strong Linux systems experience in cloud environments • Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments (NIST, FedRAMP, etc.) • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues without relying on escalation • Experience mentoring other engineers and improving team capability through hands-on guidance • Comfortable working in a highly accountable environment where priorities and outcomes are explicit
