Beschreibung

• Lead delivery of cloud platforms supporting large-scale transformation, including migration, modernisation, and new builds • Provide leadership within multidisciplinary agile teams • Establish shared understanding of solution outcomes, technical landscapes, and design complexity • Set technology direction for AI-augmented platform delivery and future AI-enabled delivery • Engage senior customer stakeholders on AI strategy, governance, and ROI • Shape the evolution of Kainos’s Platforms capability • Establish architectural principles and strategic platform direction with senior stakeholders • Define and address functional and non-functional platform needs • Drive technology direction and advancement within the Kainos Platforms Capability • Guide colleagues in their career development • Collaborate on development of blueprints and standards • Foster customer relationships and contribute to account strategies • Share subject-matter knowledge as a Kainos technology ambassador • Explore and responsibly apply AI to improve work and delivery outcomes • Balance innovation with pragmatism and remain accountable for results

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience leading delivery of platforms underpinning large-scale cloud transformation, including migration, modernisation, and web-based application deployment • Experience leading and making technology decisions and driving delivery to achieve positive customer outcomes • Experience building and fostering relationships with executive and C-level stakeholders • Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, spanning IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS • Demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and develop team and wider community members • Demonstrable experience applying AI to improve outcomes, evolve ways of working, and solve complex business or delivery challenges • Experience translating experimentation and learning into sustainable improvements and shaping adoption of effective practices • Ability to adapt approaches as technology capabilities evolve • Desirable: proactively developed business across an account with sales and account managers • Desirable: experience managing others, setting objectives, giving feedback, and leading performance reviews • Desirable: actively sharing thoughts and views on technology • Desirable: experience bringing challenging projects back on track • Desirable: previous accountability for creating and promoting new products or services • Desirable: participation in technology communities • Desirable: experience shaping organisational technology, delivery, or platform capabilities • Desirable: interest in emerging software delivery and platform engineering trends, such as agentic delivery patterns
