Beschreibung

• Participate in technical design sessions to identify and document technical solutions • Develop microservices using AWS serverless architecture • Act as a trusted advisor with a consultative mindset when interacting with stakeholders • Help build and maintain team culture through partnership, open dialogue, and transparent feedback • Drive continual improvement in system efficiency and flexibility while maintaining customer trust, performance, and availability • Provide technical direction to junior engineers • Support legacy code while building future-state systems and solutions • Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment • Contribute to solutions addressing complex business challenges and optimizing operational workflows

🎯 Anforderungen

• BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience • Minimum 4-8 years of hands-on development experience with modern programming languages, including NodeJS and Python • Experience designing and implementing REST and event-based services using AWS tools, including Lambda, EventBridge, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and IAM • Experience implementing and supporting SaaS/cloud software solutions and integrations with internal systems • Experience with AWS Lambda, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, DynamoDB, API Gateway, EC2, IAM, and STS • Experience with non-relational and multiple relational database platforms, including RDS • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Proven experience working in an Agile development environment • Experience developing and deploying APIs (required) • Experience building infrastructure with CloudFormation Templates (CFTs) • Creative and analytical problem-solving ability focused on translating complex business problems into sound technical solutions • Preferred: experience in lending or financial services domains • Preferred: AWS Solutions Architect or Developer Certification • Preferred: experience with SCRUM, SAFe, and Test-Driven Development • Preferred: experience communicating with users, technical teams, and senior management about requirements, software features, technical designs, and product strategy
