Beschreibung

• Serve as general manager of Kapitus’ core lending products, including term loans and lines of credit • Own and manage product P&L, revenue and cost drivers, product strategy, go-to-market plans, and outcomes • Track performance metrics, improve unit economics, and present monthly business performance to executive leadership • Identify performance gaps against competitive benchmarks and build investment cases • Partner with Finance on product-level P&L models • Define go-to-market strategy, positioning, pricing, channel strategy, and promotional offers • Lead launches for product features, underwriting enhancements, and market expansions • Maintain quarterly competitive intelligence analyses and translate findings into product recommendations • Define and present a rolling 12–18 month product vision for Line of Credit and Term Loan • Translate product vision into a prioritized roadmap with Product Delivery • Identify AI and machine learning opportunities to improve decisioning, underwriting, offers, and borrower communications • Ensure roadmap alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements • Directly lead, hire, develop, coach, and evaluate a team of Product Managers • Manage team performance, compensation, career growth, and succession planning • Collaborate with Product Delivery, Risk, Finance, Sales, Operations, Compliance, Legal, HR, and executive leadership

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8–12+ years in Product Management with demonstrated ownership of full product P&L in a fintech, banking, or lending environment • Experience leading multi-product portfolios at the Director or VP level is required • Proven track record of owning and improving approval rate, conversion rate, renewal rate, LTV, cost per acquisition, and financial business cases • Deep understanding of small business or consumer lending economics • Experience owning go-to-market strategy for a financial product, including pricing, channel strategy, launch planning, and competitive positioning • Experience in a regulated financial services environment • Familiarity with UDAAP, fair lending, adverse action notification, and CFPB guidelines as applied to small business lending • Experience working within or alongside an Agile Product Delivery organization • Understanding of the Product Owner/Product Manager distinction • Ability to present product strategies, competitive analyses, and business cases to executive leadership • Ability to lead and develop PM teams and influence cross-functional partners without direct authority
