Beschreibung

• Recruit top talent and professionals for the tech and product teams • Prospectively take independent responsibility for end-to-end recruiting for multiple tech vacancies • Manage the entire application process, including screening pipelines, virtual initial interviews, and interview coordination • Use the applicant tracking system to monitor recruiting processes • Coordinate communication and ensure an excellent candidate experience • Identify qualified potential team members through recruiting channels and networks • Engage candidates in German and English for work in international teams • Act as a sparring partner for specialist departments and understand their requirements and needs • Take responsibility for internal projects and challenge existing processes • Continuously optimize workflows through curiosity and targeted use of AI tools

🎯 Anforderungen

• Completed university degree, preferably specializing in human resources or a similar field, or comparable qualification • Experience in recruiting, ideally including active sourcing, gained through internships, working-student employment, or initial permanent employment • Experience preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment • High affinity for the IT/tech sector • Very structured and analytical way of working • Very good communication skills • Ability to work both in a team and independently and self-organized • Ability and willingness to quickly learn new topics • Ideally, initial experience setting up AI-supported processes • Willingness to work in a predominantly English-speaking environment • Ability to attract and engage candidates in both German and English
