Beschreibung

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT development teams for new systems, product enhancements, and technology solutions across multiple business units • Act as Product Owner within Agile development teams • Gather, analyze, document, validate, and prioritize business requirements • Translate requirements into actionable user stories and functional specifications • Manage and prioritize product backlogs • Define acceptance criteria • Support sprint planning, reviews, testing, and release activities • Evaluate applications, technologies, and system capabilities and recommend solutions to improve business performance and operational efficiency • Lead analysis of business data requirements, data quality needs, business rules, and process dependencies • Partner with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and end users to design business processes and technology solutions • Support product roadmaps, continuous improvement initiatives, and portfolios of change aligned with business strategy • Develop process documentation, workflow diagrams, and business models • Deliver reporting, analysis, and recommendations supporting business decision-making and organizational performance improvements • Build cross-functional relationships and provide guidance to less experienced team members as needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Project Manager, or related role • Experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery environments • Experience partnering with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders to define and deliver technology solutions • Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements throughout the software development lifecycle • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product ownership principles, and requirements management practices • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements and technology solutions • Experience with business process analysis, workflow design, and process improvement methodologies • Knowledge of data analysis concepts, data quality principles, and reporting solutions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences • Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and relationship-building capabilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail • Ability to quickly understand and evaluate new technologies and emerging digital capabilities • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Product Owner certification preferred • Experience supporting enterprise-wide technology initiatives across multiple business functions preferred • Experience developing or contributing to product roadmaps and strategic change initiatives preferred • Experience with data modeling, business intelligence, reporting, or data governance activities preferred • Experience working in government contracting, engineering, technology, or highly regulated industries preferred
