Beschreibung

• Overseeing all aspects of daily operations for environmental remediation construction projects • Providing leadership and direct supervision of field crews and heavy equipment operations • Ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget • Aligning strategic objectives with field-level operations • Collaborating with the Safety team to sustain health and safety programs • Directing project execution in compliance with contractual scope and requirements • Compiling data for project status updates • Analyzing physical progress and financial performance data for forecasts • Cultivating strong relationships with clients for business opportunities • Preparing, submitting, and tracking invoices in alignment with contractual terms • Developing detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracted services

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience managing earthwork construction projects • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field • Demonstrated history of increasing financial responsibility and supervisory leadership • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, and Teams • Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 scheduling software and cost estimating tools is preferred • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Must be able to travel to project sites daily
