Beschreibung

• Develop, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions aligned with business needs • Provide support, root cause analysis, debugging, and issue resolution to meet SLAs • Gather requirements with stakeholders and integrate solutions with existing systems • Recommend solution approaches and provide technical direction across configuration, testing, and implementation • Communicate with technical and non-technical audiences and support automation portfolios • Ensure adherence to Center of Excellence standards, security, risk management, and change management practices • Partner with teammates to build high-quality processes on time and within budget • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to accomplish objectives or resolve issues • Participate in Agile teams and deliver iterative improvements • Evaluate business requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions • Use cloud architectures and AI/ML service consumption patterns • Troubleshoot issues by analyzing data and recommending solutions • Continuously improve solution design and stay current with emerging technologies

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (required) • Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (A360) RPA platform • Experience with process simulations/automation, solution development and/or business analysis • Familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing tools such as ABBYY or equivalent OCR/IDP technologies • Understanding of system integration concepts, including REST APIs, JSON/XML, authentication, and error handling • Working knowledge of process engineering software systems • Familiarity with cloud architectures and AI/ML service consumption patterns • Experience integrating with Azure AI services and/or Google Vertex AI (preferred) • Experience or knowledge in banking/financial services (preferred) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to facilitate meetings and produce call-to-action outcomes • Ability to troubleshoot by gathering, interpreting, and analyzing data • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability • Ability to analyze workflows and identify automation opportunities • Ability to support multiple projects, tasks, and responsibilities concurrently • Experience designing and implementing automation solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate • This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship for non-U.S. citizens
