Beschreibung

• Lead technical discussions with key clients, understand their requirements and challenges, and provide advanced technical solutions aligned with business objectives. • Drive solution development for key accounts, tailoring technically robust solutions to specific customer needs. • Provide advanced technical guidance and expertise to internal teams and clients as a subject matter expert. • Contribute to strategic sales initiatives using deep product knowledge and customer understanding. • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and other teams to align customer requirements with product capabilities. • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings, providing product enhancement and innovation recommendations. • Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients and build strong relationships. • Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing technical knowledge and best practices. • Participate in product testing and provide actionable feedback to improve product quality and user experience.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Extensive experience in leading technical discussions and solution development for key accounts. • Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic sales initiatives and mentor junior team members. • Strategic thinking to contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives. • Mentorship skills to support the growth and development of junior team members. • Adaptability to handle evolving market dynamics and customer needs. • Ability to independently drive large customer meetings (onsite and virtual) to develop and document a recommended architecture and deployment roadmap. • Familiarity with enterprise software, identity, and security solutions. • Knowledge of networking fundamentals including Exchange, Active Directory, PKI, Digital Certificates, DNS, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Azure, AWS, and GCP. • Experience with cloud-based environments such as Azure, AWS and/or Google Cloud. • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. • Security certifications (CISSP etc.) a plus. • Up to 25% travel.
