Beschreibung

• Manage and process a high volume of Requests for Quotation (RFQs) while meeting established turnaround time and daily completion expectations. • Prepare, review, and issue quotations for project, builder, stock, multi-family, and hospitality opportunities. • Analyze pricing requests to ensure alignment with company pricing strategies and profitability objectives. • Perform profit and loss (P&L) analysis for new builder opportunities, contract renewals, and strategic bids. • Review, update, extend, and maintain existing quotations while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies. • Respond to quote status, usage, and performance inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. • Partner with Sales, Finance, Product Management, Demand Planning, and other cross-functional teams to develop competitive and profitable pricing solutions. • Maintain accurate quotation documentation and pricing records within SAP and other business systems. • Identify opportunities to improve quotation processes, reporting, and operational efficiencies. • Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. • Minimum of three (3) years of quotation, pricing, sales operations, or related analytical experience. • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to evaluate pricing decisions and profitability. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis. • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments. • Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, deadlines, and business needs.
