Beschreibung

• Design, implement, and evolve hybrid infrastructure across cloud and bare-metal environments • Automate and document technical processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual toil • Act as a technical reference for the team • Support developers and facilitate efficient delivery • Ensure platform stability, security, and scalability for high-traffic demands • Participate in paid on-call rotations supporting critical systems • Stay updated on industry developments and improve the platform with innovative solutions • Support a 24/7 environment and respond to emergencies when needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience managing high-traffic, large-scale production environments • Deep proficiency with AWS, Azure, or GCP • Strong understanding of Kubernetes internals, including CNI, Ingress, and Network Policies • Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Helm • Deep understanding of Linux environments, system internals, and performance troubleshooting • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting, including Load Balancers, VPCs, Firewalls, and DNS • Experience implementing security best practices, DDoS mitigation, and incident response • Proficiency with reverse proxies and CDNs such as Cloudflare, CloudFront, and Akamai • Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring stacks including ELK/EFK, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and New Relic • Experience managing SQL/NoSQL databases and distributed systems including MySQL, Aurora, Redis, MongoDB, and OpenSearch • Experience implementing GitOps workflows with ArgoCD or Flux • Experience configuring scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or GitLab Pipelines • Proficiency in Bash, Python, Go, or JavaScript • Hands-on experience with agentic AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, OpenCode, Cursor, or Codex • Ability to work remotely • Applicants must be located in Europe • Spain residents apply as full-time employees; other EU-country residents apply as full-time contractors • Flexibility and availability for emergency calls in a 24/7 environment
