Beschreibung

• Lead annual AMS GTM planning, including fiscal year and long-range modeling, investment ROI analysis, headcount planning, quota and capacity setting, and territory planning • Partner with leadership to design and implement AMS GTM structure, segmentation, and coverage models across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Sales Development, and Professional Services • Provide business health visibility and track funnel, sales efficiency, and productivity metrics through business intelligence applications • Lead execution of the theater operating cadence and support management inspection throughout the customer lifecycle • Prepare content for management reporting, including Quarterly Business Reviews • Drive CRM accuracy, pipeline analytics, forecasting, and regional reporting • Ensure efficient deal velocity and monitor deal management processes; recommend process improvements for deal structures, approvals, and booking processes • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and other teams to address issues, build plans, and drive change management • Assess inquiries directed to the AMS VP of Sales and delegate appropriately when requested • Ensure Sales Leadership team issues are addressed and tracked through resolution • Perform additional tasks required by the manager

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience with SFDC (Sales Cloud, CPQ), Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and similar tools • Demonstrable competence with Google G-Suite tools • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills • Strong customer service attitude • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and communication skills • 5-8 years of relevant business experience • BA/BS in a quantitative field, MBA, or related graduate degree a plus • Team player who works well in a collaborative environment
