Beschreibung

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Kraken’s hybridisation efforts across Kraken Pro and Consumer • Shape and drive the broader onchain hybrid roadmap • Work across Pro and Consumer, advocating for roadmap priorities and enabling cross-functional alignment • Drive execution across Engineering, Design, Growth, Security, Operations, and other stakeholders • Partner with internal teams and external ecosystem partners to evaluate integrations and expand capabilities • Simplify complex on-chain experiences and make them intuitive and accessible • Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through launch and iteration • Define and own key product metrics, using data and experimentation for continuous improvement

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven track record taking products from ideation through go-to-market and iteration • On-chain experience required • Experience close to the underlying on-chain ecosystem strongly preferred • Strong stakeholder management and ability to build internal buy-in across competing priorities • Cross-functional social intelligence and ability to coordinate teams through complex organizational dynamics • Experience advocating for product roadmaps, particularly in a consumer environment • Experience negotiating with external vendors, partners, or ecosystem participants • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust across diverse teams • Technical fluency and comfort working with engineering • Consumer-first product sense and ability to use data to diagnose user friction • 4+ years of product management experience • Clear track record of shipping meaningful consumer-facing products • Prior crypto, Web3, trading, gaming, or banking experience required • Ability to work in one of the listed eligible countries • Applicants may be asked to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments
