Beschreibung

• Design and implement large-scale SAP solutions • Develop and maintain architectural blueprints • Evaluate emerging technologies and assess implementation strategies • Establish financial accounting consolidation solutions • Lead cross-functional and global implementation teams • Oversee end-to-end implementation processes, ensuring quality and compliance with standards • Provide technical guidance • Define project scope with stakeholders and communicate solution designs • Act as a liaison between different teams • Mentor junior staff and technical teams • Provide guidance and share expertise on SAP trends

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant professional experience, or a graduate degree with a minimum of 7 years, or 13 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree • Minimum of 7 years of SAP experience • Experience with SAP HCM, including HR master data, personnel administration, personnel structure, personnel actions, and employee group/subgroup configuration for payroll and time management • Experience with cross-functional integration between HR and Finance • Understanding of frameworks for designing scalable and secure systems • Ability to align system designs with business objectives • Project planning, execution, and resource management skills • Ability to communicate technical details to varied audiences • Knowledge of security protocols and risk management • Proficiency designing and deploying cloud-based solutions • Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance • Ability to travel as needed • Preferred: SAP upgrade projects, especially ECC to S/4HANA • Preferred: DevOps in SAP environments and relevant SAP certifications • Beneficial: Agile methodologies, global projects, and external vendor collaboration • Plus: SAP architecture frameworks, integration tools, and ABAP
