• 6+ years of experience in strategic account management, customer success, or enterprise sales • Proven experience working with enterprise brands in influencer or social marketing • Demonstrated success navigating complex enterprise buying cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making environments • Track record of building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Strong operational discipline and time management skills • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Data, and Delivery teams • Willingness to travel as needed to support key client relationships
