Beschreibung

• Own product direction and roadmap across corridors, payment rails, and platform capabilities • Run discovery with technical customers and convert feedback into buildable specifications • Define payment orchestration, ledgering, payout and collection flows, partner integrations, public APIs, and other platform surfaces • Translate regulatory requirements into product decisions with engineering, compliance, banking, and fintech partners • Scope integrations, negotiate capability gaps, and manage commitments with banks and financial partners • Establish product standards for specifications, launches, roadmap communication, decision-making, and software quality • Work directly with founders and an experienced engineering team • Balance near-term shipping priorities with three- to five-year global money movement strategy • Build the product organization as the company scales

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years in product, including senior or lead ownership of a technical product with real users • Domain expertise in at least one core area: cross-border payments, FX, and international money movement; domestic payment rails and scheme integrations; crypto and stablecoin infrastructure and on/off-ramps; treasury, liquidity management, and ledgering; or identity, fraud prevention, and compliance • Experience shipping API-first or developer-facing products to technical buyers • Comfort working in regulated environments alongside compliance and legal constraints • Technical expertise sufficient to effectively lead meetings with engineers • Experience working in a small, fast startup environment • Strong writing skills for specs, decision memos, and launch notes • Empathy and strong character • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
