Beschreibung

• Staff Engagement Director plays a critical role in the Global Resource Team, championing the holistic well-being and development of our staff. • This leader is committed to empowering all Launch Global staff to flourish in both life and work, ultimately multiplying their Kingdom impact worldwide. • Focuses on bringing a Staff Engagement perspective to organizational leaders and peers throughout Launch Global. • Provides executive oversight to the Staff Engagement Team, ensuring they effectively provide care, coaching, MPD support, Sabbatical guidance, strengths and gifting assessments, and spiritual formation to all Launch Global staff. • Fosters a healthy organizational culture, ensuring that the SE team provides all staff with the support needed through life and ministry transitions. • Reports to the CEO and collaborates with other departments to jointly execute various and relevant objectives. • Responsible for all recruiting, hiring, shepherding, and leading for the Care Team Sr. Manager, Life and Leadership Coaching Sr. Manager, Staff Experience Sr. Manager, and the Leader Development Sr. Manager.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Undergraduate degree required • At least 5 years of ministry leadership experience required • Understand, affirm, and adhere to Launch Global’s Statement of Faith • Agree to uphold Launch Global’s Vision, Mission, and Values: Vision: The multiplication of healthy churches among unreached people groups. Mission: Launch Global exists to mobilize churches to develop laborers and leaders who multiply healthy churches among unreached people groups. • Demonstrate Christ-likeness in accordance with biblical values. • Demonstrate all the character, Launch Global, and biblical values as stated in the Launch Global Staff Handbook • Uphold a close and growing relationship with Jesus Christ. • Participate in a child safety training program upon hire and other similar employment-related requirements. • Attend Launch Global conferences and retreats. • Maintain financial support.
