Beschreibung

• Contribute as a main developer to a web project, owning the stack end to end • Work with the Product team to define, shape, and estimate new features and products • Translate business and monetization goals into technical decisions • Explain technical trade-offs and defend them in business terms • Implement software development best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and code reviews • Define and track project health metrics covering performance, stability, and code quality • Contribute to team unity and a strong sense of project and company belonging

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent demonstrable experience • More than 5 years of experience developing robust and scalable frontend applications, backend applications, and APIs • Strong knowledge of Software Engineering design patterns • Product and design instinct, including interface opinions and attention to aesthetics and interaction quality • Understanding of conversion, churn, retention, margin, and how technical decisions affect them • Demonstrable experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript • Knowledge of web design patterns and mobile optimization for small screens and touch interaction • Use of AI in development processes, with ability to understand unfamiliar codebases and debug incorrect AI answers • Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform and relevant backend services, such as Compute Engine, Cloud Functions, Cloud Firestore, and BigQuery • Experience with relational databases, such as PostgreSQL and MySQL • Experience with non-relational databases, such as Cloud Firestore and MongoDB • Data warehousing solutions such as DataBricks or BigQuery highly valued • Mastery of software development best practices for code quality and maintainability • Comfort working in agile and dynamic environments • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
