Beschreibung

• Lead execution of the payments product roadmap across real-time payment capabilities, advanced banking options, compliance interactions, data integration, and frontend experience • Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure payment capabilities meet KYC/AML and other compliance requirements • Articulate, own, and communicate product vision and roadmap across the pod, business unit, and company • Own domain KPIs and ensure product metrics align with company goals • Conduct market research on payment technologies and B2B marketplace patterns • Collaborate with account management, business development, and marketing teams to launch payment capabilities and drive customer adoption • Collaborate with product managers to embed payment solutions within Checkout, banking, liquidity solutions, and internal systems • Manage trade-offs and prioritization across design, engineering, time-to-market, and customer experience • Partner with the pod to determine feasibility and translate vision into an executable roadmap

🎯 Anforderungen

• Customer-centric with a proven track record of developing and acting on customer insights • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager driving innovation, workflows, and capabilities for a digital payments and/or banking-focused product or experience • Experience managing a fintech ecosystem with multiple third-party partners within the payments and banking industry • Strong understanding and exposure to the broader B2B software environment and how payments and consumers interact with embedded finance technologies • Experience building and integrating with APIs and financial data-centric products for onboarding bank accounts, facilitating payments, and integrating financial products such as credit • Experience coordinating requirements across diverse stakeholders, banking/tech partners, and development teams • Ability to define opportunities and problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and make valid conclusions • Familiarity with research, prototypes, experimentation, and analytics to guide decision-making • Interest in the cannabis industry and passion for finance, fintech, and disruptive banking technologies
