Beschreibung

• Lead editorial for the German market. Own content planning, briefs, reviews, and publishing for German-language content, ensuring every piece is clear, compelling, and aligned with Leapsome's voice. You'll manage the full editorial process from ideation to distribution. • Tell Leapsome's story in German. Create and adapt high-quality content across formats including articles, landing pages, email sequences, social copy, webinar scripts, product messaging — that authentically represents Leapsome in the German market. You're not just translating; you're writing for a specific audience, with cultural fluency and editorial judgment. • Build a scalable, data-informed content engine. Help define the strategy, cadence, and structure that allow us to grow content quality alongside volume, from top-of-funnel awareness to deep thought leadership. You'll develop the workflows, templates, and briefs that keep the machine running smoothly. • Own SEO and AEO for the German market. Lead initiatives to grow our organic presence in German-speaking markets, combining technical SEO best practices with an understanding of how AI and search are evolving. You'll identify opportunities to scale visibility without sacrificing quality. • Champion AI for localization. Drive the use of AI tools and workflows to accelerate localization, content production, and experimentation, while keeping quality high. You'll test, document, and refine AI use cases that raise the bar across the team. • Support broader German market initiatives. Collaborate with global demand gen, product marketing, and campaign teams to ensure content feeds into multichannel programs — contributing to localized campaigns that drive awareness and pipeline in Germany.

🎯 Anforderungen

• You have 5+ years of experience in German content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or HRTech, with a track record of driving results across awareness, engagement, and acquisition. • You possess a native-level fluency or bilingual proficiency in German with excellent editorial instincts and a strong command of copy across formats. Your English is strong enough for confident internal collaboration. • You're fluent in content strategy and SEO, and curious about how AI is reshaping content creation and discovery. You actively evolve your approach as the landscape changes. • You're analytical and creative in equal measure. You make decisions with data, but you also trust your editorial instincts and audience understanding to push your work further. • You're genuinely interested in how workplaces change. Working in HR tech means helping HR leaders navigate change and build fulfilled, engaged teams, and that's a topic you're excited to think, write, and learn about every day. • You're resilient, proactive, and adaptable.
